Chamak Society is a Brooklyn-born, New York City-based streetwear brand that celebrates the rich artisanship of the South Asian subcontinent. "Chamak" (چمک), meaning sparkle or stand out in Urdu, embodies our mission to highlight the beauty created by South Asian craftspeople. As a small, woman-owned startup, we merge western streetwear with eastern motifs, ethically producing our pieces in Pakistan. We source textiles from local shopkeepers, using deadstock fabric to reduce waste and support the Pakistani economy. Each item—whether a t-shirt, accessory, blouse, or pair of pants—is a tribute to our roots, blending NYC style with Pakistani heritage while championing inclusivity and art appreciation.
